I'm Suzie, a mindset shifter, divine messenger and soulful mentor! As a certified self-worth and empowerment coach, energy/sound healer and mental health first aider, my purpose is to support and guide you on your journey of self discovery.

Sharing with you with the tools and resources I have curated throughout my 13 year (and still learning) alignment journey. These tools have helped me to transform my mindset, alchemise my emotions and be the conscious creator of my reality.

This journey has allowed me to transmute dis-serving energies, belief systems and barriers into soul alignment.
Most of my growth has occurred from living a life where I consistently neglected my needs, I thought I thrived on being busy, over worked and burnt out. When that actually just left me feeling unlovable, insecure and uncertain.

Over the years I have learnt to create balance and unity across the mental, physical, spiritual and emotional dimensions of my being. Aligning with my true self, developing unwavering self love, self acceptance, fulfillment and an abundant mindset. Living a life that feels full of love, expansive and free.

Now, I am here to guide women on their journey of love and power. Offerings are curated from coaching modalities, spiritual rituals and embodiment practices. Expressing ancient teachings, divine principles, cyclic rhythms and cosmic wisdom. My intentions are to share the light cultivated within me to ignite the spark of

I see so much beauty and magic in every divine being. Often which is not seen in eyes of the beholder. I can see the bigger picture, the gifts you have been given. And how society has given a lifetime to keeping them hidden.
